LIQUID GLUCOSE

Products: Liquid Sugar:
Composed of high quality sugar dissolved in pure RO water. It is characterized by low transparent color and is widely used for making syrups and liqueurs.

100% Fructose Syrup:

Made only fructose sweetener has the greatest power of all our syrups and low coloration.

Invert Sugar:

With up to 70 Brix, it is subjected to chemical process sugar. Main use in bakery products.

Syrups the letter:

Together with you and our laboratory we produce syrup that best suits their manufacture.

Glucose syrups.

Is obtained from starch and are used to provide more or less sweetness, to texture or consistency and to prevent crystallization of sucrose.
Its most common application is in the manufacture of candy, beer, sauces (ketchup, tomato sauce …) and cookies.

Glucose syrups – fructose.

In the glucose-fructose syrup, is when a portion of the glucose is converted to fructose using an enzyme.
It is mainly used for its sweetening power, its main application is in soft drinks.

Dextrose.

Dextrose is used for its sweetening power, moisturizing, reducing (dye).
Its most important application is in cookies, cakes, processed meat products (ham and other meats) and ice cream.

Formats:
The various products can be supplied depending on their composition, at room temperature or in thermally insulated tanks or containers. There are two types of formats, bulk tankers and IBC.
